I was very dissatisfied with my service at Nissan , I take my car for a check engine light on, for them to tell me that I need a transmission. I have had my 2016 Nissan Altima for 2 1/2 years that I brou take my car for a check engine light on, for them to tell me that I need a transmission. Very disappointed! I wasn’t satisfied this visit, because I always get a inspection report with my oil change. Bought my car in for oil change and stated I noticed my engine light came on and I thought it was due to my oil change. I was told I would be charged for a diagnostic test and I said my car is still under engine light came on and I thought it was due to my oil change. I was told I would be charged for a diagnostic test and I said my car is still under warranty. I was charged for a diagnostic test due to the check engine light on and was told I needed to have my whole front grill replaced due to my car being hit. I said my car was never hit scraped on the side of my garage and it has been like that for almost the time I had the car and never had an issue. They were literally grasping at straws. The next excuse was my car charger was defective causing my dash display screen to be blanking out. After my oil change my light was off just like I originally said it was and I was told my engine light would not turn off. Charged for no reason for unnecessary service I won’t be bringing my car back for any future services. I’ll go to another dealership. More
