I went for a simple airbag recall. I made my appointment and then drove to the dealership. After waiting 3 hours!!!!! They told me they don't have the part. They didn't check when I called, they didn't chec and then drove to the dealership. After waiting 3 hours!!!!! They told me they don't have the part. They didn't check when I called, they didn't check when I made the appointment, they didn't check when they confirmed the appointment, they didn't check when I got there. They had to make sure to waste all my time. I have already contacted Nissan with their negligence, and am telling everyone I know to do anything to avoid quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had. Never!!! Ever!!!! Went to get an oil change and tires rotation. Did the oil change but was lied to about tires rotation. Called about it and received a nonchalant response. Not sure if I would go back. They closer to where I live (20 minutes) but I get royal service from Newnan (55 minutes). Newnan worth the drive because get more professionalism. More
