The customer service was horrible. Instead of telling me all the possible factors that could have and could not have happened. You could have at least tried to help me. It's the holiday season, everyone has all the possible factors that could have and could not have happened. You could have at least tried to help me. You could have suggested transferring the money as a down payment and possibly trading in the car but Mr. Ron simply did not care!
