I made an appointment to have my oil changed and arrived 15 minutes early. Upon my arrival I was checked in and shown to the seating area. After waiting on my vehicle for 2 hours I sought out my service adv 15 minutes early. Upon my arrival I was checked in and shown to the seating area. After waiting on my vehicle for 2 hours I sought out my service advisor and was informed it would be another 30-45 minutes and then asked “Why? Do you have somewhere to be?” Which I felt to be very rude and invasive. He then said that they get busy on Fridays which I understand, but it should not take 3 hours to get an oil change, especially with an appointment. After another hour I was approached by my service advisor again, this time informing me that the tech working on my car had damaged 2 studs/lug nuts and the parts would need to be ordered. I was given a loaner vehicle at no charge. The following day I called at 9:40am to see if the parts arrived, the receptionist informed me that she had left a message for my service advisor and that he would call me back. I called again at 1:40 and was transferred to someone else who informed me that my service advisor wasn’t working that day and that my vehicle would be ready at 3pm. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and all employees I encountered were very courteous and prompt. I asked for a copy of the work done on my vehicle and was informed that the service advisor had failed to complete the paperwork the prior day and he would have to email it to me on Monday. I still have not received an email with this information. Upon arriving home I noticed that my vehicle had dirty/greasy handprints all over the hood and the service sticker on the windshield had been replaced, but placed in a different spot and the residue from the original sticker was still visible. While I am grateful for the complimentary loaner car, I do feel that my vehicle could have been at least washed to get rid of the dirty handprints. The comments made by the service advisor and his lack of customer service are unacceptable to me. Additionally, a wait time of 3 hours for an oil change is completely unacceptable when a customer has an appointment. More

I had an appointment and it was still a 2 hour wait and I wasn’t told until after giving over my car. there wasn’t sufficient seating fir the number of people there to socially distant.
