After declining most of the suggested services in the estimate I was given, I was charged $130 for a Diagnostic Check. I was ultimately charged $170 and only had an oil change on my car. When I called to see if my car was ready to be picked up, after just an oil change, I was told my representative was off for the day and I wouldn’t get an update on my car until the next day when he returned. I decided to pick up my car anyways and it was sitting in the parking lot ready. With bad customer service and a $130 surprise diagnostic fee, I was disappointed with this Nissan experience. More

My sales person Ms.S. ROBINSON was awesome. She kept me updated on each step and very helpful. But you would think that being the dealership you would not have to order a transmission, you would have the updated on each step and very helpful.
