I got there at 9a.m for an appointment but there was a line. Its Saturday so I expected the busy. What I didnt expect was for the young lady with the burgundy colored long hair sporting a black beanie line. Its Saturday so I expected the busy. What I didnt expect was for the young lady with the burgundy colored long hair sporting a black beanie on her head that came up to the car at or after 9:20a.m to check me in smelling stink of cigarette smoke. (-3 points). She asked me questions about my appointment TWICE and somehow I ended up waiting over 3 hours and no one came to take the car for service. (-5 points) When I went inside the guy that I finally spoke to apologized (Im presuming he was Collin) and tried to get the car serviced ASAP (+5 points). Also Fred for being prompt in apologizing for the mix up and getting me out of the service center ASAP (+6 points). I would recommend the service center but unfortunately I would not recommend the young lady that took the video of the car. Atleast not at the early hours. More
Rod Harland was very friendly and detailed in explaining my invoice to me. Service was fast and lobby was clean and setup to make you feel comfortable and safe. Very compassionate and thoughtful Service Manager. I would have my car serviced here anytime. I came to this location because of an unsatisfied experience at a different service location.
