So I purchased a used 2018 Nissan Maxima on September 1st. and found it has a couple of things that Biggest waist of a day filled with Annoyance!!! So I purchased a used 2018 Nissan Maxima on September 1st. and found it has a couple of things that are not working correctly. So i brought my car to Worthless of Lithia Springs to have it checked out. I call the day before and made the appointment where I told them everything that was wrong. The day of the appointment 7:15am I arrive at the service center and they act as if they have no clue who I was and asked me what I was there for. I had to explain everything again and that took 45 minutes to check my car in which and said it would be about 2 hours and $270 to look at it (is this BMW? thats a crazy price but I left it there) about a hour after I dropped off the car I get a phone call from someone In the purchasing department telling me they would really like to buy my car because they don't get very many in, I declined as I just bought it. Then about 2 hours later I get another call, this time its the warranty sales department to let me know my car is just about to be out of warranty and they want to sell me a extended warranty, which they quote me and I said I would consider it. Then I finally get a call around 4:15 pm from the service department to call them back (mind you they said 2 hours at 7am) and i start calling back and leaving messages to call me back until I finally tell the person who answered that I will not leave a measage and I will hold for the next 32 minutes until my advisor answers. She tells me that my car is ready and when did I want to pick it up. Mind you it is now 5:43pm and she tells me that the service department closes at 6pm. So i rush to get there as i was leaving town that night and made it 1 minute after servoce closes. That's when I am told that they checked out the window that is loose and said its supposed to do that and that all my other windows do the same thing... NO THEY DON'T!!! Then she said that the cars vehicle detection system is supposed to malfunction when it rains that its not safe to use the cruise control in the rain... UM, its not safe to just shut down either, and that doesn't explain the night time cruise control thinking that semi trucks in the next lane are in your lane and it slams on the brakes and the fact that yon physically see one of the sensors are loose in the bumper!!! Then she tells me that the Android auto constantly loosing connection with my phone is a malfunction coming from my phone... UM, then why does it work in my other car and the numerous rental cars I have recently rented!!! So then I go to the sales department and tell them I want to see about trading it in, where i am offered $16k for the car... I have been offered over $20k from carvana, and $22k from carmax and if I took $16k I would not only be stupid but in just over a month the car would have cost me a loss of $9k... i don't think so... then I tell the sales guy the exact car I am looking for and he says "we don't have one of those on our lot and we don't just bring in cars that customers want nor do we find them, we have sister dealers but we don't exchange cars with them, we only sell the cars that we have here" so at that point I knew this dealership could care less about the customer, they super low balled my car, said nothing was wrong with it which is a lie, they quote short times but don't deliver on that, and then they don't want the Customer to buy the car they want, but to settle for what they have in inventory!!! All together this dealership is WORTHLESS and POINTLESS and I will never come back here again!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEM SELVES and this is rhe kind of place that they have WARNED you about with car dealers!!! Negative 10* is too good of a rating for this sad excuse of a dealership!!! More

Staff was very prompt and informative about my car. I asked to check on brakes which was squeaking; They showed me there was more than half of the usage gone and would need to replace soon. Poor service. Little to no communication with customer. Vehicle kept for three days with no explanation and repair not done. Looking for a new vehicle. Will not be a Nissan. Dealership is fine, but I was disappointed when the technician failed to properly fix the two things I brought my car in for. When I brought my car back for the repair I knew wasn't fixed properly, I w technician failed to properly fix the two things I brought my car in for. When I brought my car back for the repair I knew wasn't fixed properly, I was advised that the other repair wasn't fixed properly as well. When this incompetency happens with customers, we should be compensated. I was not!!! We already pay an arm and a leg for service repairs. As least hire competent technicians. More
