Whole experience of dealing with this place to repair my car was a nightmare to say the least. Rod was rude, unprofessional, uncaring, and they are flat out crooks. Go elsewhere unless you can afford to be beat out of your money. I had my car towed for "no start" issues. I was advised by Rod that they would get to the "root" of the problem of why my car wouldn't start. He assured me that his techs would get it fixed. $715 later I was ASSURED that it was fixed so I picked up my car. 24 hrs later my car wouldn't start! Had it towed back to Nissan and was treated so bad I was in tears!! Im a woman that they got over on. Refused to give me a full refund because what they did was not only POINTLESS they neglected to do a "thorough check" the first time. Gave me half a refund like they were doing me a favor. The work that was done was basically a tune up / maintenance. My engine was "hydrolocked." They got it to start by removing the brand new spark plugs that I paid for a few months ago through Midas and replaced them with "factory" ones or so I was told because they were the better spark plugs. Turns out I needed a new engine altogether. Rod had the audacity to ACT like he was doing me a favor by puting the $715 towards a $3700 engine replacement. The trust was GONE! I had to ARGUE with Rod about being SCREWED over. His tech REFUSED to speak with me because he knew I knew that all he did was "bandaid" the problem the first time. Thats why it didn't start 24hrs after I retrieved my vehicle from them. Had it not been for my brother who portrayed to be my husband I wouldn't have gotten ANY of my money back. May YAH have mercy on these men's guiltless soul. More

Service writer was excellent !!! Costumer waiting area was cleaned, well stocked, and had 6 foot rule in place. Selange Robinson kept me informed while repairs were being completed.
