Second visit for similar problem, they completely missed the actual problem the first time after charging me $400 diagnostic fee and then just changed fuses after 4 days. 3 weeks later same problem, actua the actual problem the first time after charging me $400 diagnostic fee and then just changed fuses after 4 days. 3 weeks later same problem, actual problem ground wires corroded, but they missed that the first go around ( when a car doesn’t start there are basic things you check) . Had my car for a week ( waiting on a part) service tech,Garrett says parts come in Tuesday, I call Tuesday and he’s not even there. Have to get manager involved again. I get passed off to another tech who tells me no parts until Thursday. Also no offer of rental car for my inconvenience. Then they want to charges me $600 to change ground wires ( that they missed the first time) I don’t know who they have actually working on the cars, but I don’t have much confidence there either. When I went to pick up my car they couldn’t find my keys or paper work ( took 20 minutes to find keys). It’s disorganized chaos in that place. I will say thanks to Ron Stone for trying to manage that mess, he’s got his hands full. I will not return to this dealer and we’ll go out of my way to a dealer further away in the future. If you chance it and go here be wary and stay on top of things., but I wouldn’t recommend them ever. More
Great customer service...no pressure to do repairs. No one likes going to the dentist to get a tooth pulled but they sure are happy when its all over. The overall service to my car was satisfactory. I have a complaint regarding the time it took. Service representative and I discussed what work was to be done and I was quoted 2 hours. I had already waited for an oil change and tire rotation. Since I was already there, I opted to wait the 2 additional hours. After 2:45, I decided to check up on the status of my car and my service technician was no where to be found. Another technician said the paperwork was on my technicians desk and would look into the matter. 15 minutes,later, he said my car was ready. As it turned out, my technician had to leave for a personal matter. We all have them and that piece I understand. None the less, my paperwork had been laying in his desk and if I didn’t inquire, I’d still be sitting there. This was an extra 1:15 of my time. To fell that my time should be compensated for either a gross miscalculation of how long the work would be and or Worse, the work being completing in the appropriate time and the paperwork was just sitting on an empty desk. I look forward to hearing from someone to see I can be compensated for this matter. My appointment was on 7/24 at 10:00 am and my service rep was named a Warren. Many thanks, Sandi Washko More
