I was not happy with the service. Will never go there again. The pricing is unfair!! They were going to charge me for a service that should have costed much less. They were going to make a $1,000.00 pr again. The pricing is unfair!! They were going to charge me for a service that should have costed much less. They were going to make a $1,000.00 profit off me. It’s a nice dealership I have been coming since I got my Nissan...never had issues with my service until yesterday!!!! I was told that my car would be ready in a 1hour and a half it was 4 hours later I got Nissan...never had issues with my service until yesterday!!!! I was told that my car would be ready in a 1hour and a half it was 4 hours later I got call to call bout my car...so I called 2-3 times finally Curtis calls back oh ur car ready so I get there so I tell him I had to cancel my hair appointment and something else I had plan he act if wasn’t a big deal...then he didn’t even know what kind of car I just got service he was walking me a someone else car then when I get to my car it wouldn’t start he said it did that when it was in the service booth ok why not tell me then me trying to start a car that’s not starting smh...he have a I don’t care attitude I was very very disappointed in my service yesterday 721/2020 More

As long as Curtis Cortijo is there I will continue coming. Curtis Cortijo has been my service advisor. I don't want to deal with noone but Curtis Cortijo. He gets straight to the point. Curtis Cortijo has ALWAYS been amazing! He doesn't push to into service I don't want... Now he recommends what I need and gives me a price an if I don't have it that day He knows I'll be back if I say I'm coming back. Curtis Cortijo has never ever let me down. This time I got my AC fixed BECAUSE I was driving with the devil next to me in the car it was so hot. 😊 They did a diagnosis,he called me at work told me the cost I told him to run it, I was not going to be hot another day..... And when I picked it ult like I told Curtis my car used to blow snow xxxxx on 75 yes 75. I got my car back he said he tested it out and wanted me to test it out before I left the lot.... They had it on 60 by the time I made it to the interstate which is not even 5mins away I had to put it back up to this time 78 because my ears were frozen!!!!!!! Nissan service techs did their thing!!! My car is back blowing snow xxxxx at 78!!!! I'm so serious. I thank Nissan of lithia springs everytime and Curtis Cortijo for getting my car right.. bought my car here get all the service done here. Staff always awesome... Everyone knows my car when I pull up.. eat customer service ever. Thanks again Curtis Cortijo and service techs!!!! P.s I couldn't click on Curtis Cortijo name because it wasn't up there... Now someone is going to have to fix that... Everyone needs to know about Curtis Cortijo.... More

Why schedule appointment if your not going to honor it! I did not expect to wait 2 hours for oil change. The guy that checked me out said they do not guarantee appointments (same as a walk in) on weekend I did not expect to wait 2 hours for oil change.
