If I could give 0 I would. Rod was unprofessional and lied numerous times about the shuttle and had me waiting 2 hrs for nothing. Awful! I took my car to get transmission and brakes. My car was wreck and got a deep scratch while at this location. I only had the car for 2 months. Warren called me twice and provided the wrong information. I went to pick up my car twice and notice other things wrong with my car. Warren also tried to get me to take the car when there was still other stuff wrong with my car, that needed to be fixed. My car was at the Nissan Dealership for close to a month and I spoke with Ron the manager once. He would not even come out and say anything to me. Then I told Warren I wanted a list of everything that was done to my car. I get there to pick my car up and I had to get a list of the work done on my car myself. The company who did the work sent me the information about the scratch but not the Information on the wreck. So I had to call and get that information myself. All and all the service sucked . I have not driven the car enough to see if the transmission work was done up to par but if I have any issues I will take it back. I have only had Nissans and have never experienced such bad service. The other thing is they wrecked my car and scratched the car and still wanted me to pay full price for the transmission and brake work......unacceptable!! The car had never been wreck and Nissan deprecated the value of the car and wanted me to pay full price for the service......again unacceptable!!! Again the customer service was bad!! I will try real hard not to take my car back to this dealer. More
