I just want to say thank you to Collin Smith, he was very helpful as it was my first time at Nissan Express Service. It wasn’t asked but he gave me a list of maintenance my car needed and had it not been for helpful as it was my first time at Nissan Express Service. Everyone was kinda in their own world except my salesman Edd Green and Bernadette, they were really nice and friendly. (I would have given 5 stars). To be honest, I may have changed my mind if the manager of the salesman would have come over and made sure that they did every thing to meet or exceed my expectations as a dealership to make me comfortable in making a purchase.
