Nissan of Lithia Springs - Service Center

I don’t like the turnaround time on services here. I had an appointment yesterday for something routine, but yet it took three hours to complete. When I called to request a shuttle an hour prior to ge I had an appointment yesterday for something routine, but yet it took three hours to complete. When I called to request a shuttle an hour prior to getting the notice my car was completed, no one was able to confirm how long my wait would be because they didn’t know where the shuttle was and couldn’t check. I waited almost two hours for a shuttle to not come. During that time, I reached out a couple more times to get the status to which no one could give. In the end, I had to take an Uber to pick up my car, so that I could make it before Nissan closed. This is almost every time I bring my car in for service…my car is there half the day and I rarely can get a shuttle because no one knows how to communicate with the driver. I will say that every driver I’ve had the pleasure of riding with has been courteous and very professional. I just wish there was a better method of requesting the shuttle and routine services didn’t take so long! More
