I have purchased several cars from this dealership over the years and I have seen various changes in management/ownership/leadership over the years. I can honestly say that my experiences have improved ove the years and I have seen various changes in management/ownership/leadership over the years. I can honestly say that my experiences have improved over the years as well. I always appreciate a nice, warm cup of coffee when I visit, but I also appreciate the comfortable seating and the complementary snacks. Even though the initial wait was more lengthy than I preferred, I can understand the conditions that may have led to the wait. Being that several cars were ahead of me when I arrived, the Customer Care reps were working hard to move cars, especially when it started to rain. Bud treated me with care and respect. I must also add that even though I arrived early for my appointment, the staff was instrumental with servicing my vehicle as quickly as they could. Once I was in the waiting room, I did not have a long wait, even though there were quite a few customers waiting for their serviced vehicles. The updates on the monitor is a nice touch, too. This way, I had an approximate idea of when my vehicle would be finished. Overall, I was rather pleased with the experience and the service Nissan provided during my last visit. More

I hate to write bad reviews but I've been really patient with this dealership, My truck check engine light came on back in March, so I took it to Nissan Dealership of lithia Springs and supposedly they fix with this dealership, My truck check engine light came on back in March, so I took it to Nissan Dealership of lithia Springs and supposedly they fix the problem but they did because the check engine light came back on a month later. so I took it back to the dealership agian and supposedly agian the problem was fix not even a month the service engine light back on. This is the third time that I have to take my truck back to them. I thought I was doing good by taking my truck to professionals but I was wrong I'm so frustrated with this dealership I had to pay 2400 dollars for what. More
I was impressed by the good service I experienced. Didn’t fix the problem but charged over $6000. I brought my Pathfinder in for a vibration upon acceleration.
