1st year I went for usual car maintenance - oil change etc..service I would rate a 5. Also, the service time before the most recent time and customer service was excellent. Every time in between then the etc..service I would rate a 5. Also, the service time before the most recent time and customer service was excellent. Every time in between then the wait times are always 3-4 hours. One time they didn't even enter my info in the Service system upon arrival and I had to follow up after 3 hours before finding out. Another time, I was charged on my card with another customer's invoice amount after waiting 3 hours. The most recent wait time was 4 hours after I had to follow up 3 times with the advisor. His response it's busy on a Saturday. My response today is Friday and I made a specific appt for this issue per the advise of a previous advisor.. I took the day off from work. I asked him to put my car back together like Humpty Dumpty and I will take it to another Nissan dealership. Nissan Lithia Springs Sales - Excellent Customer Service. Nissan Lithia Springs Service rating Low. I would prefer to continue my service checks here. Please improve the service dept to the standards of the sales dept. Thanks. More
