I always have a great experience largely due to my service advisor-Karen Pritchard. She is the only one i will see. Her wonderful warm personality guides me in making sure my vehicle run properly. Especially when i have to run my grandchildren around. I feel secure all is taken care of so i do not have to worry about it.

In and out in about 30 minutes.Was treated like family. Service center was clean, waiting room was super clean with plenty of snacks, coffee/tea.At CHECK out was told about what would be needed at my next service. Great car wash and vacuum.

Tripp provided excellent customer service, some of the best I've received at a dealership. He was responsive and very helpful with wanting go above and beyond. This was especially true when my battery died and he immediately sent someone to restart my car and then immediately got it in the garage to have the battery replaced. He made a stressful situation more manageable. Thank you!

"No Hassle Service"

The Service Department at Nissan of Newnan is awesome. I had a problem with security system preventing me from starting my Nissan. Karen at the Nissan at Newnan service desk was very patient and stayed on the line as she gave me additional troubleshooting steps not in the Owners Manual. When that didn’t work, she immediately told me Nissan would pay for a tow to the dealer’s service, provide a rental and fix it at no cost to me under the warranty. Nissan arranged the tow. The towing company sent me a link to track their truck right to my vehicle. Karen called back by the end of the day to tell me in detail what was the problem, how it was fixed, the checks to ensure nothing else was amiss, and that my vehicle was ready for pickup.
