The Service Department at Nissan of Newnan is awesome. I had a problem with security system preventing me from starting my Nissan. Karen at the Nissan at Newnan service desk was very patient and stayed on the line as she gave me additional troubleshooting steps not in the Owners Manual. When that didn’t work, she immediately told me Nissan would pay for a tow to the dealer’s service, provide a rental and fix it at no cost to me under the warranty. Nissan arranged the tow. The towing company sent me a link to track their truck right to my vehicle. Karen called back by the end of the day to tell me in detail what was the problem, how it was fixed, the checks to ensure nothing else was amiss, and that my vehicle was ready for pickup.
