I had my oil changed and tires rotated and when I pulled out my low tire light came on. It was at 27lbs. They did the rotation and oil change and they're so called inspection. Waited several hours for an issue that my car was having. I was told that no one else had complained of the problem so they were waiting on an answer from corporate. Was told I would get a return call but it I was told that no one else had complained of the problem so they were waiting on an answer from corporate. Was told I would get a return call but it has been several weeks with no call. Still having the same issue. Car still under factory warranty. Have never had an issue with service before but I’m very disappointed that I’m being ignored. I have bought 4 new cars from this dealership but will not buy another from them if they can’t stand by their product and honor a warranty. More
