The material and cleanliness conditions of this dealership are satisfactory. The Service Department Staff (Alex) is very knowledgeable about Nissan products and he was very helpful and had a genuin dealership are satisfactory. I did find it a bit odd that my salesperson (DJ) texted me about seeing him to pick up my LA DMV registration paperwork and I had an appointment time at 3 o’clock. However, when I arrived he was no where to be found to help me and I had to find one of the front office personnel to find my paperwork in DJ desk! I was able to accomplish both issues during my visit to the dealership. I was happy for that! More

He had me up and back in my car within a few days. Not John's fault but I would have liked to been able to get a loaner vehicle but y'all didn't have one come back in time for me to have one. Hopefull Not John's fault but I would have liked to been able to get a loaner vehicle but y'all didn't have one come back in time for me to have one. Hopefully , just maybe the dealership will increase the number of loaners to more than you have now so that you can get accommodated for the time without vehicle which in my case; it was 4 days plus the weekend.
