Service Advisor John Porter is the guy to talk to. He's a genuinely good person, very modest, honest and wants to help people. Lance the service manager is a defensive and argumentative robot right out of the gates. His goal, it seems, is to dismiss anything and everything the customer says to try and not offer service and get them to leave by being rude. I would recommend anyone who goes here to avoid even speaking to Lance. Zero stars. The little interaction I had with Kelly in person and on the phone, she's nice. More
