The staff was great. Charles manager, was excellent. They all worked very hard to see that I went home in a car the same day. I am a senior citizen and really needed a Charles manager, was excellent. They all worked very hard to see that I went home in a car the same day. I am a senior citizen and really needed a car. I have always used the Mossey/Nissan dealership to purchase my cars. Went in with a problem with the button to operate drivers window. Order the part to fix it the next day when parts arrive service called me to come in to install and repair the problem. Alex in service was v window. Order the part to fix it the next day when parts arrive service called me to come in to install and repair the problem. I walked in the dealership knowing EXACTLY which car I wanted. I stayed at the dealership all day until Charles and Summer were able to get the deal done.
