I moved down South, to Slidell, LA, from Chicago expecting all the warm smiles and helpfulness folks always rave about. Instead, I ran into two dealerships in Louisiana charging sky-high prices and a third that flat-out ghosted me. I called nine times and left two voicemails—and I'm still waiting on a callback. That’s just wild. So when I found Nissan of Picayune, I was honestly skeptical. Mississippi hasn’t always had the best reputation where I’m from, but let me tell you... this team completely changed my perspective. They treated me with kindness, honesty, and respect—and they got the job DONE. Not only did they fix my headlights (which were a mess thanks to another dealership in Slidell mishandling a recall), but they also replaced my door handle so I could actually get out of my car again.
