Brought my car in to have the alternator changed out and greasy handprints were left on both sides of my hood and a hand print on the driver’s door and a greasy boot print was left in the door well. I called the service center and told them everything and ask yo have my service person call me back. Which I still haven’t heard from him. I understand that I didn’t buy the alternative from Nissan because my warranty company wld only pay for an aftermarket brand but still the dealership was paid for putting it on and she have at least wiped all their prints off my car More

The material and cleanliness conditions of this dealership are satisfactory. The Service Department Staff (Alex) is very knowledgeable about Nissan products and he was very helpful and had a genuin dealership are satisfactory. I did find it a bit odd that my salesperson (DJ) texted me about seeing him to pick up my LA DMV registration paperwork and I had an appointment time at 3 o’clock. However, when I arrived he was no where to be found to help me and I had to find one of the front office personnel to find my paperwork in DJ desk! I was able to accomplish both issues during my visit to the dealership. I was happy for that! More

He had me up and back in my car within a few days. Not John's fault but I would have liked to been able to get a loaner vehicle but y'all didn't have one come back in time for me to have one.
