Nissan of Picayune - Service Center

He cracked my daughter oil pan and caused all the oil to leak out after he was told not to do anything to the car and put it back on as if it was fixed because I told him I was having the car towed to anoth leak out after he was told not to do anything to the car and put it back on as if it was fixed because I told him I was having the car towed to another mechanic and put the car in the shop so my tow truck guy couldn't get it and tried to convince me that the car needed a motor.... Alex then asked me where I took the car & questioned me what the other mechanic fixed and how much ( which shouldn't have been his concern) so he asked me bring the car back that he found an oil pan for $50 and he would pay for it out of his pocket instead of having the dealership pay for it.... I'm not accepting that because I had to buy a new oil pan and pay for all the fluids to be put back in the car so this experience has been a disaster since I dropped the car off at this dealership. I have all my receipts and will be going to the court about this situation..... More
