Service personnel was prompt and friendly. Service to my vehicle was prompt. Don’t care for the up sell when you get there to drop it off. I can see this confusing someone just wanting an oil Service to my vehicle was prompt. Don’t care for the up sell when you get there to drop it off. This is what was discussed when I setup my appointment and what was told to the service personnel when I dropped my vehicle off but no where on the list of options on their tablet was an option that was discussed multiple times. I understand that’s is your business and some people may what the premium service. My advice would be to display what was discussed along with upgraded options to choose from. I can guarantee there are good number of customers who feel intimidated by the practices I saw when I dropped my vehicle off. More

Best Service around. Wipers were shot and rain was coming, went in and they swapped the bad ones with some good ones.
