I apologize if you feel that I treated you harshly, it was never my intent. When we originally spoke and you explained the issue you said we must have damaged it when we did the oil change on 5/4. At that time, I simply asked that you bring the vehicle in for inspection at no charge. After the inspection, we found and showed you the pump was broken and on the opposite side of the vehicle as the oil filter. The inside of the bumper also shows where the plastic has been stressed showing signs of it flexing. I offered to install a new pump that costs $53 with no labor charge. As for warranty the vehicle came with a 3 year 36k mile warranty, your vehicle has 49k miles. Unfortunately, Nissan would not cover this under warranty anyway.
