Waited several hours for an issue that my car was having. I was told that no one else had complained of the problem so they were waiting on an answer from corporate. Was told I would get a return call but it I was told that no one else had complained of the problem so they were waiting on an answer from corporate. Was told I would get a return call but it has been several weeks with no call. Still having the same issue. Car still under factory warranty. Have never had an issue with service before but I’m very disappointed that I’m being ignored. I have bought 4 new cars from this dealership but will not buy another from them if they can’t stand by their product and honor a warranty. More
