The sales and service was great however, customer service after purchase is terrible. 6 weeks after purchase, I still cannot get a call back plus my old car loan has not been paid off and the registration ha after purchase is terrible. 6 weeks after purchase, I still cannot get a call back plus my old car loan has not been paid off and the registration has not been transferred. Darnell McCain was the technician that serviced my car. After thoroughly testing my car battery, because I had to get it jumped started prior to driving it in, it was determined to replace it. Darnell also was nice enough to "find" a coffee cup for me because none were available otherwise. He was very generous and kind. I highly recommend this dealership for your cars service needs. More
