Nissan of Rockville Centre

I want to thank nissan of rockville centre! Not only are they the best dealer around but they are extremely helpful! Also i loved coming in in march because they had basketball hoops set up for Not only are they the best dealer around but they are extremely helpful! Worst car buying experience ever. Started pretty much as I walked through the door. I come in and there are seats at tables, I assume it's a waiting area and take a seat. Mean while there are 3 people playing basketball and another 3 seating and talking. So I seat and observe for a while and no one greets me or acknowledges me. The 3 guys that are seating and talking are about 5 feet from me 2 of which are facing me and the other with his back to me. After quite some time I go over to the guys seating and talking not the ones playing basketball. I ask them "is this the waiting area, should I sit back down and wait on someone"? Where they replied "oh no we did not see you." So they claim they did not see me 5 feet from them and I also locked eyes with one of them at least twice. So I saw you see me. But after then customer service was ok. So now I'm there for several hours and for some reason my vehicle is not ready for me to leave with. Now I'm supposed to come back the following day to pick up my vehicle. It is now the following day, I call to check on vehicle claim it will be ready by mid day. I get a phone call now it will not be ready for another day. So I ask "what are you doing to the vehicle that it's taking over 24 hrs to do"? Reply was "FLUIDS" really fuids. Finally I come back they say they vehicle is all ready. Now who buys a car without test driving? Before I found out I could not take my car home I did take it for a test drive and determined I was buying the car as I drove the car the mileage was this got in the car after claiming fluids the mileage over 600 more. So in 24hrs 5hey tacked on 600+ miles to the vehicle. And let's not even talk about finance portion, the xx there. It was a struggle to keep my composure through all the nonsense, because it could have ended definitely. More
