Proceed with caution - but I recommend that you avoid this dealership. Marcos was our Sales guys, and the sales manager was Richard Lewis. Flavio is a sales manager. Dealer induced delivery by providing temporary wheels while we waited for a tire swap. These were different than the wheels on the vehicle during the test drive and, loan application. The original wheels were not returned upon new tire arrival. Dealer has now seized the original wheels and refused to return the asset as it was configured during financing. This is now about awareness. Flavio called - stating he was the GM. He didn't hear my concern. He stated that he "spoke to his guys, and they didn't do that". Didn't hear my claim, or ask for information. That call was followed up by Richard the "GM". He stated that it "was impossible as he had all the documents from the listing". There was no listing when we purchased the vehicle. When asked if it's technically possible that someone may have committed fraud. He said "no that's impossible". He then interrogated me as though I was on trial. I recommend that you take the following actions if you believe that you have been defrauded by this dealership. I will be reporting my experience to the NY DMV, NY Attorney General, Nissan USA as well as other regulator agencies as I continue to other avenues. At this point, I want no further communication or contact with this dealership or its employees through direct channels - and will contact law enforcement if threatened, harassed or if otherwise needed More

Worst car buying experience ever. Started pretty much as I walked through the door. I come in and there are seats at tables, I assume it's a waiting area and take a seat. Mean while there are 3 people playing basketball and another 3 seating and talking. So I seat and observe for a while and no one greets me or acknowledges me. The 3 guys that are seating and talking are about 5 feet from me 2 of which are facing me and the other with his back to me. After quite some time I go over to the guys seating and talking not the ones playing basketball. I ask them "is this the waiting area, should I sit back down and wait on someone"? Where they replied "oh no we did not see you." So they claim they did not see me 5 feet from them and I also locked eyes with one of them at least twice. So I saw you see me. But after then customer service was ok. So now I'm there for several hours and for some reason my vehicle is not ready for me to leave with. Now I'm supposed to come back the following day to pick up my vehicle. It is now the following day, I call to check on vehicle claim it will be ready by mid day. I get a phone call now it will not be ready for another day. So I ask "what are you doing to the vehicle that it's taking over 24 hrs to do"? Reply was "FLUIDS" really fuids. Finally I come back they say they vehicle is all ready. Now who buys a car without test driving? Before I found out I could not take my car home I did take it for a test drive and determined I was buying the car as I drove the car the mileage was this got in the car after claiming fluids the mileage over 600 more. So in 24hrs 5hey tacked on 600+ miles to the vehicle. And let's not even talk about finance portion, the xx there. It was a struggle to keep my composure through all the nonsense, because it could have ended definitely. More
