Ive been to a plethora of car dealerships on my life. This Nissan dealer was the best one ive ever been to. Carlos the sales rep and even Brian the GM where so helpful. At first I was hesitant to trade in my vehicle for a new one because I've heard many horror stories. That wasn't the case for me ... my first contact was with Rebekah, I shared with her what I was looking f one because I've heard many horror stories. That wasn't the case for me ... my first contact was with Rebekah, I shared with her what I was looking for on the phone and what I've already done and she partnered me up with Carlos when I came in. This guy, Carlos, was very informative, detailed and made sure I understood the car I was purchasing for my mom. Chill guy and not the sales person that people try to avoid. Carlos coordinated everything accordingly from the beginning of the test drive to the final stage of handing the new keys over to me. He was definitely patient and kind with me, especially communication wise bc I am not one to reply back so quickly being how busy I am. I would definitely work with Carlos again and would recommend him to anyone that is lookin to buy a vehicle at Nissan of Sacramento on Auburn Blvd. I brought the new car home and told my mom, "lets go shoot da cruise" -- meaning, lets go cruisin (in her new car). My mom loves her car, it suits her exactly the way Mr. Carlos predicted! Thankyou Carlos! More
