My new 2022 Armada demo started to sound like a semi truck so I took it into the dealership and worked with Rick Burns. I mentioned that I also had an issue with my audio unit skipping stations when I t truck so I took it into the dealership and worked with Rick Burns. I mentioned that I also had an issue with my audio unit skipping stations when I toggled between the pre-set stations. His guys were able to identify a faulty fan clutch and a audio reprogramming for the radio. They didn't have the parts but they did offer me a loaner which was very helpful. 2 days later I got a text message that my car was ready. Streamline and perfect service.
