Nissan of South Bay - Service Center

It took more than two hours to get my oil change done, even though I had an appointment. They also said they did a tire rotation but they didn’t. Later when I asked, they said when it’s not necessary the even though I had an appointment. They also said they did a tire rotation but they didn’t. Later when I asked, they said when it’s not necessary they don’t do it. Why do they write it’s done when it isn’t? I wonder. They offered to do some other work that will amount to over $1,100 that I didn’t have on me. I’ll schedule it another time They washed my car too! Overall, it was an ok job. Agent was polite.
