I was very impressed, as was my daughter, with the attention Dante Davis gave to us. Kendal did some research on the computer, and the 2008 FORD Escape was her wish. Dante knew who was paying and who was going to be Happy. He asked the right questions, and was quick to respond. 4-days on the Job, and he got his tie clipped by Kendal. His Manger, Yancy Cobb, was also very helpful. But, he let Dante do his Job. I think Kendal and myself were a good experience for Dante. The three of us made this an enjoyable experience. Kendal is very very Happy. Just need to know how to get that SMILE off her face. But, Why!!! Finance asked the questions he needed to ask, but, no HIGH Pressure for added services. They were very kind and respectful, They were very patient with us and took the time to show us what they had. We were treated as If we were family, We decided on a 2000 Hyundai but they wouldn't let us take it till after they did a 100 point inspection on it. They fixed the things they weren't satisfied with and made sure it was safe for my daughter. That also Impressed me!! So if your looking for a very good place to buy a vehicle and and have the great experience that my daughter and I had, Please go see Mike Hanlon and Bob White, I'm very confident that you will be just as Impressed as we were. They always wanted to charge me for items that were within warranty. Last time I dropped by the service manager did not provide accurate info regarding pricing options. They quoted me $500 more than their sister dealer in a different city. Madness!!! Another annoying fact this service center never has time to schedule you in; it's always booked for at least 1 week. However, when you stop by w/o notice they have room and accept you. Their ridiculous shuttle service is useless. Their loaner program, is nonexistent. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I beleive in giving credit where and when it's due. I had problems with the Volvo I purchased here, and was vocal about my dissatisfaction.
