I always have a great service experience when I come to this location. I used to come see Steve for all of my car needs but he moved to Downey and it’s to far of a drive for me. He however left me on the hands of Danny and I have zero complaints! She treats me like a VIP everytime in go in she makes sure through my whole time there that I am taken care of as well as my car. The service advisors there are always in a positive mood. I appreciate their inspections and the video they send it’s always nice seeing everything up close. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Nissan of Tustin. It’s already dreadful having to go the a dealership anyways but I’m glad this one is my closest one. Thanks Danny. More

I’ve always had bad experiences with dealerships I try not to take my car in for anything but my vehicle had a recall and I was forced to bring game! I’ve always had bad experiences with dealerships I try not to take my car in for anything but my vehicle had a recall and I was forced to bring in. Wasn’t expecting much honestly thought they were just going to have me sing and call it a day. But no they explained the recall what it was for the wait time and how they were going to do an inspection just in case my vehicle needed anything else. I said sure I’ve been doing my own services due to the bad dealership experiences, I didn’t think it needed anything and was thinking they were just going to try and sell me services. But they didn’t the mechanic did a video and said my car was in greta condition the tires were getting low but they didn’t need to be replaced yet. I’m amazed they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I might just start coming back here for services. Nice job! Thank you. More
