I first dropped by the learn more about the Versa, since I was looking for a basic car with a manual transmission and cruise control. Oscar listened to my wishes and came back with the answer that my wishes were possible, but the cruise control would be after-market, not factory-installed. As I got more serious, the Sentra S had what I wanted from the factory, and Grant Lion answered all my questions and took me for a test drive. Rather than pressuring me on the sale, Grant chatted about new car technologies and basically did all the things Dale Carnegie wrote about a long time ago. I ended up buying my car from the dealership that had been taking care of my 1994 Sentra since they offered an unbeatable loyalty-based price, but the excellence of the experience at Nissan of Vacaville was such that I wanted to share my experiences with others looking for a different kind of dealership.
