I recently visited a dealership for a scheduled appointment, but unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I arrived on time for my appointment, expecting a smooth process. However, upon my arrival, I was greeted with little explanation or direction regarding what was to come. The staff did not provide me with any details beforehand, leaving me unsure of what to expect during the visit. After waiting for a few moments, the representative informed me that I would need to take specific actions with my car before it could be assessed by the mechanic. There was no communication leading up to this moment, which caused unnecessary confusion. The entire visit ended up taking five hours, made me late for my doctor appointment, and I felt that the time spent could have been better managed. The lack of clarity and the failure to informed me about what steps were required before the car was even checked created a frustrating experience. More

Brought my car in because my windows wouldn’t pull up. Quoted me 1300 bucks in addition to almost $6,000 in additional expenses. I told them I’m not paying that and I came to pick up the car and my window Quoted me 1300 bucks in addition to almost $6,000 in additional expenses. I told them I’m not paying that and I came to pick up the car and my windows were all fixed? They told me I would have to change out the entire electrical panel to fix it but somehow it worked? So I would’ve paid $1300 for something that they were able to fix without me spending a dollar? Took to a mechanic and they said everything else Nissan recommended except one thing was xx. They work on commission they don’t give a crap about you. More
