Unprofessional mechanics - broke windshield, while doing recall, overflowed and spilled the oil, while changing, scratches all over my car.Unprofessional management - waited for Mike Villano, the service manager, for over 30 minutes, no apology for the poor work of his mechanics. Edwin, my service adviser, pretended that he does not know me, when I brought back my car with oil spill. Horrible, stressful, unpleasant experience. Only the greening guy was very pleasant and helpful. More

ELDER LAW!!! OK so these people took advantage of a senior citizen~my father in law!!!! They blatantly took advantage of his state of mind and ran off with it!!! My father in law says that Jesse was of course sugar coating everything and he did not even realize what actually happened. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY (what car sales person is?!?).. I get that they want to make a sell but to scoop to this level???!!! Jesse is the salesman and I am applaud at this behavior. Jesse not only did he swindle him into a really horrific contract but he even drove my father in law's car back home..knowing that if the customer takes the NEW car out the lot themselves~that it's a done deal! We went back and they said "well he came to us" BUT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING!!!! THEY CONSCIOUSLY TOOK ADVANTAGE knowing that they would get him locked into a deal that NO SANE PERSON WOULD SIGN!!!!! This behavior is absolutely APPALLING~SHAMEFUL, UNETHICAL, REPULSIVE!!!! JESSE AND CREW~ SHAME ON YOU!!!! YOU GUYS DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE "ELDER LAW"!!! You wouldn't like it if this would happen to a family member of YOURS!!! and if anyone says "well you shouldn't let your father in law out, etc" you do not know how it feels to be in this position! better believe that I will report this to the better business bureau AND I ENCOURAGE EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT HAS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE TO DO SO!!! Best repair experience Went to the Nissan of Van Nuys for my wives Sentra. Not only are they attentive when you arrive but they make sure they attend you great. Michael the service director is a total gentleman and makes sure if someone isn't helping you, he himself will help you. Jose also did a great job in following up with us as soon as the car is ready. Our repairs were supposed to be pretty cost heavy but they make sure to do they're research, and we found Nissan warranty covers. Also when they were not there all the other service employees are checking in with you. If my service engine light on our Nissan turns back on again, I feel safe knowing I will feel satisfied with heir work. More
