Thank You Michael Villano the parts and service director helped me with my Nissan Sentra. I had just bought it three months ago from the Toyota dealership up th Michael Villano the parts and service director helped me with my Nissan Sentra. I had just bought it three months ago from the Toyota dealership up the street. My check engine light came on and they gave me the run around and even tried to sell me a new car instead of just fixing my car or at bare minimum tell me why the light was on. So once they lie and state that everything will be taken care of by them and then another hour goes by and they cant even check my car. so they send me to Nissan and by this point I am truly and completely furious. I take a seat and Michael says don't worry we are going to check your car if its covered it gets fix and if not we will figure something out he explains that this tends to happen and eases my stress by being kind and genuine in his approach. my car gets checked it is covered fix and done by the end of the day. I truly appreciate what he did and how he did it. Thanks Nissan I truly am happy with your service More
Never received call back Jo Ann of Service Dept called me. I called back in 20 minutes. Never heard from her. I sent an email. Never heard from her. I called today to see if c Jo Ann of Service Dept called me. I called back in 20 minutes. Never heard from her. I sent an email. Never heard from her. I called today to see if complimentary oil change was still valid. Rep kept me on the phone to check then kept me waiting again for 10 minutes. I hung up. When I called back she said she had to ask Service who were busy. Never bothered telling me. I told them if I did not hear by 1:00 PM I would just go elsewhere. That gave them 3 hrs to call back. More

Terrible service, rude staff and lost my drivers liense! I had a terrible experience at this place and am never returning. Besides getting terrible service, they lost my driver's license, left me hanging in I had a terrible experience at this place and am never returning. Besides getting terrible service, they lost my driver's license, left me hanging in there without any help for an eternity and were rude to me. Nissan Van Nuys smells like dishonesty and unkindness. I went there to test drive a Rogue after getting a quote at TrueCar. A salesman, who I should name JL for the sake of his privacy, showed me the car. After doing the test drive I asked him for a quote. He made me wait for a long time before coming back with some (terrible) numbers. I asked him to make me an offer for my trade in. He asked for my registration, key and driver's license. Again, he made me wait about half an hour, without any feedback, before giving me any response. At this point, I was late for another appointment and asked him to give my stuff back. He gave me my registration and disappeared with my keys and driver's license. He showed up a while later with my keys, but no license. He asked me to wait 5 minutes. 15 minutes later he showed up with his manager, another bad quote and no license. I told them I did not care about the car anymore and had to. I had to ask once again for my driver's license. He finally said that he had no idea where it was. I told him he never gave it back to me. He started accusing me of lying. He was rude and kept saying things like "Don't you remember? I was right here and gave your license back? You lost it.". I talked to his manager, but they didn't find it. Then, all of a sudden, everyone disappeared and left me hanging in the store without any help. I interrupted his manager, who was completing a sale, to tell him what was going on. He did not care. I then threatened to call the police. That is when, JL sneaked behind me and "found" my license on the floor, at the same place I had checked over and over again. Very suspicious, right? My impression was that JL lost it, but was afraid to admit it in front of this manager. All in all, losing my license was horrible, but JL made it worse by accusing me of lying and disappearing without providing any help. His managers, form who I expected more, did not care either. I highly recommend you to stay away from this place. More
