I was offered a loaner car for the week that it took to install the transmission, which was a great benefit. The customer service representative that I dealt with on both occasions was Luciano Carbone. He was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Our situation wasn't the best and with my wife starting her credit and with me coming out of my hospital expenses Marie Alipio and team still worked with us and trusted us on a brand new lease. Unlike other dealerships, they made us feel very important which made our decision very easy to work with them.
