Spent 15 minutes out in the cold I had an appointment for 7 am and I got there 5 minutes early. The service advisor was already in his station but he was still having breakfast so I w I had an appointment for 7 am and I got there 5 minutes early. The service lasted for a little over an hour and when I got my car back, not only was it not washed, it was dirtier than when I brought it in. There were water marks on the windshield and on the hood when it was not even raining. More
