Great Car, Poor Sales Manager The car is excellent, but we are very unhappy about the way we were treated by one of the sales managers. He didn't explain clearly about how much exactly it's gonna cost, and we felt like we overpaid too much. When I called him inquiring about the cost after the purchase, he said "I explained everything to you and you signed the paper". We felt like we had been mislead and deceived by him. I'm sure that he would justify himself if he read this e-mail. That would be fine. We are not expecting anything from him, but we cannot change the way we feel. Again, we are very happy with this vehicle, but we will NEVER to go back to Nissan of Van Nuys for our son and daughter's new cars, and we will NEVER recommend this branch to anyone. Great work I brought my Z in because all the electrical had died. Luciano helped to write up the work order and informed me that the problem was probably a switc I brought my Z in because all the electrical had died. He did, and told me it was the switch and I could probably have the call the next day. He called me the next day and sail it was ready. No problems, great service More

Best dealership I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. I told the service advisor I was hearing a click sound when I turned right. Turns out there was a pret I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. I told the service advisor I was hearing a click sound when I turned right. Turns out there was a pretty large problem.. so they put me in a nice car to borrow and fixed the problem promptly. When i got my car back, I noticed it was pulling to the left. I called Gabriel the service advisor and he asked I bring the car back. They preformed a alignment and everything is great now. This was all at no cost to me since I have the 100k mile warranty. I'm so happy I chose Nissan. I used to own a Ford and Galpin has got to be the worst dealership. Nissans service is the best, these two aren't even on comparible charts for service, being thorough, friendliness, caring and honesty. I think Nissan has my business forever. :) More
