Above and beyond service When I brought my 2013 Altima SV in for service there was a replacement part that was on back order. Mike Villano reached out to me afterward to indicate they had the part in and whenever it was convenient for me to bring it in he'd have it replaced while I waited. Luciano handled everything from the first phone call to the explanation of service in an efficient and effective manner. They took my car immediately when I arrived and had it done 30 minutes before it was promised. All the dealership employees were friendly, and the waiting area WiFi was great. I did not buy my car from them, and they still treated me like part of the family. More

no charge. The light went on on the dashboard again saying low tire pressure. Because I had 2 of the batteries changed 2 weeks ago I was not happy to deal with The light went on on the dashboard again saying low tire pressure. Because I had 2 of the batteries changed 2 weeks ago I was not happy to deal with this again. However everything was checked out and a staple was found in a tire, I was not charged. However the tire store across the street from Nissan was NO help at all, they suggested new tires and I left and went to Firestone near my home. They found the staple in my tire and again there was no charge, the light as of today 3 days later has not gone back on. More
Not Trustworthy My problem is with Nissan as a whole. The first car the transmission went out on a 2012 that I got in 2014 a year later. So when I brought the car in to get serviced I ended up getting a 2015 brand new. Now I am having electrical problems with a brand new car that's only 5 months old. Two cars with Nissan in a year and a half.I guess I can't complain because I signed the papers. However I just feel manipulated by the salesmen at this location. There is so much more that I could add but, it won't change anything so I will leave it at this...My advice is to ask a lot of questions, if you have to redo your paperwork (as I did) go over if with a fine tooth comb (even if the salesperson is trying to rush you) make sure you understand everything because at the end of the day you are the person responsible for paying the car note. They already made their profit off of you and are moving on to the next person to swindle money from. More
