Nissan of Van Nuys - Service Center

First why died it take 2 hours for an oil change. Second the workers lie. They told me some glue was in my glove department and had been used in my car but when I looked there was no glue so that jus Second the workers lie. Third on the paper that they supposedly check the whole car it says my battery was good less then two weeks after my battery died on a 2024 car.
