Michael Villano is the Service Director, AKA Boss and is horrible. This guy will not give any discounts, but try to re-word and trick you into thinking that he is giving massive discounts. He will try to horrible. This guy will not give any discounts, but try to re-word and trick you into thinking that he is giving massive discounts. He will try to upsell you for anything and everything, including Recalls, which benefits the dealership. He will promise to have the work done on the same day or even the next, but that won't be the case. I called him out to his face and he laughs it off because he has been so used to customers chewing him out and calling him out on his lies. I hope this review helps many others, and hopefully this guy can lose his job over this. Safe to say, I will never be going back here. I can recommend going to literally ANY other NISSAN dealership in the World. It says sooo much, to have a guy like Michael Villano in charge of not only the department, but of all things, Customer Service lol. WOW!!! Show some respect!!! More

Slow and horrible Service Dept Horrible Horrible service dept. On 2/1 I went to go get an oil change and a battery replacement. My Appt was 7:15am...took over an hour and a half to finally see a service advisor who now tells me that their compressor was not working so service will take longer. Only if they could inform the huge line of cars flowing out to the street im sure half would have rescheduled and went with our day instead of waiting just to be told that. Regardless I rescheduled for the following week. This time my appt was 7:00am and i was the 5th car in line. For whatever reason it still took about an hour for an service advisor to come up to my car. Fast forward...it took over 2 hours!! just to do an oil change and a battery replacement when I was the 5th car in line at 7:00am lined up before the service dept opened. To make matters worse on my drive back I heard rattles a few times. I popped the hood open to check and saw that the battery tie down hook was not tight. Then I get a survey which I answered honestly about my experience and soon received an email from their customer service manager to contact her. I called her and left a message 3 times but I have yet to receive a call back. Not sure if the people that work here are lacking common sense or are just plain incompetent and or just don't care. People are nice but that is about it. WARNING! The service center people were very nice and treated me with respect all the time, but that is about all the good I have to say. I too WARNING! The service center people were very nice and treated me with respect all the time, but that is about all the good I have to say. I took my vehicle here to simply get an oxygen/air fuel sensor replaced and a minor recall item taken care of. After they replaced the sensor there was problem after problem that just happened to occur while they were "road testing" my vehicle. First there was ignition coil problems. So, I gave them the go ahead to replace the supposed faulty ignition coil. Carlos, then called me to tell me that the coil was fixed and there was no longer a code appearing for that, but now there was a code indicating the the catalytic converter was bad. I told them that I had just put that catalytic converter in myself 6-9 months ago (simple 5 bolts to detach and put back on) and that it was under warranty so I would take it back and get a new one done myself instead of paying them over a grand to do it. So, I paid the $1,100+ bill and had them bring out the truck. I then proceeded to drive away and the truck is barely driveable. I contacted Nissan and they are adamant that the problem is my brand new after market catalytic converter that is so blocked it is causing cylinders 1, 3, and 5, to misfire because of compression issues. I have done a lot of work on cars and I know that a catalytic converter doesn't get clogged like that driving it for a road test after a simple oxygen sensor change. Unbelievable. They take no responsibility for the state the car is in and blame everything on aftermarket parts even if that makes no sense whatsoever. If you take your car here for repairs, plan on them "finding" a lot of other issues and giving your car back in disrepair if you don't let them do thousands of dollars worth of work on your car. More
