It actually took three hours to do because they were super busy, but it was okay, because they did an excellent job. More

Good work, took a little longer than expected They did the needed service. The only thing wrong was that it took about 25% longer than the estimate. They seem to be consistent about this. In fact, *all* the car dealers I've worked with underestimate how long a job will take, so I'm not sure I should even downrate them over that. I brought in a fob that had stopped working after going through the washing machine. They tried putting in a new (tiny) battery, but that didn't work.So they sold me a new fob and synched up all four fobs (I'd brought the other three) with the car. They came pretty close to their time estimate on that one, the advisor said it would be ready at 11, and it came out at 11:05. More
They DON'T wash your car after your service I had my oil change and received my car back WITHOUT the usual complimentary car wash. Told the guy and he said its because budget cuts. Exceptional Service from Gerard and Gabriel Gabriel had provided me with exceptional service in the past and this time Gerard was the superhero. I care for a man who has Alzheimer's and cannot be left alone so I have very little time to accomplish even routine maintenance. Both of these gentlemen steered me to the best possible time for my service requirements and Gerard delivered...big time. My car was serviced as promised. He oversaw the process to make sure I was out of the dealership in the short time I had available. The service was impeccable and I was done in 40 minutes...with a car wash and a multipoint inspection. Gerard provided me with the necessary information regarding an air filter replacement. Now I can plan with confidence to have that done knowing that my time will be respected. A GREAT experience from a couple of great, friendly guys. Thank you for an exceptional service experience. To be candid, they need more help checking people in as that took too long. But once I started to work with advisor, the experiences turn to world class. They take the time to listen and give you feedback. They did everything they said and I hoped for. It was a good experience. This will be the only place I service my Nissan from now on. More
