Best repair experience Went to the Nissan of Van Nuys for my wives Sentra. Not only are they attentive when you arrive but they make sure they attend you great. Michael the service director is a total gentleman and makes sure if someone isn't helping you, he himself will help you. Jose also did a great job in following up with us as soon as the car is ready. Our repairs were supposed to be pretty cost heavy but they make sure to do they're research, and we found Nissan warranty covers. Also when they were not there all the other service employees are checking in with you. If my service engine light on our Nissan turns back on again, I feel safe knowing I will feel satisfied with heir work. More

Watch out when servicing your car here 1st time I had car serviced there it seemed okay and fair but when I went back the 2nd time to have my car serviced, I was told it would take two days 1st time I had car serviced there it seemed okay and fair but when I went back the 2nd time to have my car serviced, I was told it would take two days and it ended up being over a week. When I finally picked up the car I was given the run around by the service manager Mike Villano stating that the bill, which I was told would be 1600.00 was now at the 1850.00 range was confirmed by his guy via a phone call. I was never given a phone call for the added costs, nor did they fix my car. When I got the car back from the dealer arguing the cos,t which they did not reduce, I found that they not only did not fix the car, but they added dirty oil to my car, They broke my key change, They messed with my radio and CD's. To top off all of that, when I complained to everyone there about the poor customer satisfaction I was sent a text to never come back. Which I wont. You would think spending over 3200.00 dollars in repairs with in a 8 month range, That they would be happy to service your car in the future. To make matters worse, I just changed my own oil in the car only to find out that they ripped of my high end exhaust and replaced it with a junk yard exhaust. My opinion is they mess with your car only to try to sell you a new car. They have poor ethics and don't respond to customer complaints. I would never buy a car from this dealership. More

Wonderful service! My 2015 Murano had a recall for a small brake problem. I received the recall notice but could not act on it for a while. When I dropped my car off f My 2015 Murano had a recall for a small brake problem. I received the recall notice but could not act on it for a while. When I dropped my car off for the adjustment I was greeted by Carla and she had my car in for a day until the part became available. It took over the weekend to get the work done so I was given a oar loan car to use for the three days during that time. When I was called to say the work was finished, I returned to the dealer, and in addition to the recall my oil was changed, the tires rotated and the car washed inside and out. They didn't have to do the extra work as I was just having the recall done, but it was not only done for me but there was no charge for all that extra work. More
A rountine maintenance I just made a cross country trip from Alabama and my Nissan was due for a oil change and tire rotation so I located this Dealership via safari. I was received with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not only was routine maintenance done but they also washed and vacuumed my VERY dirty truck. The customer service was a 10 out of 10!! 30K service interval Gabriel did a great job for me. His estimate of the service time was actually conservative, he said it would take 2.5 hours and it only took about 2 Gabriel did a great job for me.
