Best dealership I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. I told the service advisor I was hearing a click sound when I turned right. Turns out there was a pret I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. I told the service advisor I was hearing a click sound when I turned right. Turns out there was a pretty large problem.. so they put me in a nice car to borrow and fixed the problem promptly. When i got my car back, I noticed it was pulling to the left. I called Gabriel the service advisor and he asked I bring the car back. They preformed a alignment and everything is great now. This was all at no cost to me since I have the 100k mile warranty. I'm so happy I chose Nissan. I used to own a Ford and Galpin has got to be the worst dealership. Nissans service is the best, these two aren't even on comparible charts for service, being thorough, friendliness, caring and honesty. I think Nissan has my business forever. :) More
Great work I brought my Z in because all the electrical had died. Luciano helped to write up the work order and informed me that the problem was probably a switc I brought my Z in because all the electrical had died. Luciano helped to write up the work order and informed me that the problem was probably a switch that had been on a recall notice. He said he would call me that day. He did, and told me it was the switch and I could probably have the call the next day. He called me the next day and sail it was ready. No problems, great service More
