Excellent Service Luciano Took my 2013 Sentra in for an oil change. Luciano Carbone was a true asset to Nissan. He went over every detail and explained clearly what was needed Took my 2013 Sentra in for an oil change. Luciano Carbone was a true asset to Nissan. He went over every detail and explained clearly what was needed to get my vehicle up and running properly. I did have to leave my car at Van Nuys Nissan for the night but they supplied me with a loaner car. Allowing me to finish my necessary shopping for the day and return home. Luciano kept me informed every step of the way so that all my concerns where answered. I picked up the car the next day and he went over everything that was done to put the car back in tip top shape. This was exceptional service and Luciano is a true asset to Nissan. More

Honest people with a great job My 2004 Quest always in good hands every time brought in for service. Been under service with these 2 guys esp because they always explained about what's needed to be repaired according to priority of repairs or replacement. They don't push or pressure that everything has to be fix in one setting not unless it put you in danger, they always have honest opinions. Courtesy wise, they're the BEST AMONG THE BEST... Eric Diaz is the man, always giving me an honest assessment of what needs to be done on my car immediately and what we can watch. He even brings a tech around to explain everything to me. I've made the mistake of going elsewhere for an oil change, getting oversold on services I don't need. I come into Nissan for the multi point inspection and feel confident leaving.
