I bought a Nissan Kicks . I was told it I would be able to start the car from my phone .but it can not. I just let that go. I was told that I would get free oil changes for as I was told it I would be able to start the car from my phone .but it can not. I just let that go. I was told that I would get free oil changes for as long as I owned the car . I called two days ago to get my first oil change. They told me that it was a gentlemen agreement . That I would get 50 % off of 3 or 4 oil changes. I am really disjointed with this .I was never sent a letter or called letting me know this was happening. I also told this was done by a third party. Either way this is not taking care of your customers. More

They ran a major advertisement that got me in the door, but unfortunately, it was a complete waste of my time. I spent an hour driving there, only to be told they couldn’t help me. To make matters worse, the sales manager came out and openly admitted that the ad was deceptive. Who wants to do business in 2025 with a company that acknowledges using misleading practices? After that experience, I had no interest in moving forward with them. On top of everything, they ran my credit—causing an unnecessary hit—when they could’ve been upfront from the beginning that they wouldn’t be able to work with my trade-in. No offense, but that’s just not how business should be done. More
