Very different experience than other dealships Neal and Tony listened to us and helped us get the car that fit our needs. They even stopped us from signing a contract to inform us the car we though Neal and Tony listened to us and helped us get the car that fit our needs. They even stopped us from signing a contract to inform us the car we thought had all of our preferred features, did not. They found us the right car Instead of letting us leave only to be disappointed. They spent time answering all our questions and even kept us company while we waited. They seemed to care about what we wanted in a car, not just selling us inventory. I even got a call from Neal the following day to check on us and again, answer any questions. The sales staff at Sorg were informed, kind, and professional throughout the process. Sorg was recommended to us for their excellent customer service after a sale and we will do the same! More
