Very friendly and accommodating. The coupon deal (oil change & tire rotation w/free car wash) was very economical. Ashley was great, really went above and beyond to help me work out a deal that worked for me. There was one sales person (referred to as the marketing guru) that was dreadful. He talked to me like I was 5, made me feel like I was purchasing the biggest piece of sh** car and Nissan was not going to make any $$ off of this deal; then he figured out where I was from, so wasted time with "trying to connect with me" via something "we have in common". He was wasting my time, we got nowhere and it made no difference, other than my resending and leaving the dealership to look elsewhere. I did return because of Ashley and the owner of the dealership, who really worked with me and were great. All I can say is, "the marketing guru" needs a refresher course in customer relations and marketing. To trash Nissan's products for one is just wrong, to (indirectly) judge me and make me feel like a worthless client for not buying a more expensive car is wrong on so many levels, I have no words. Aside from this man, whose name has escaped me, everybody else at Nissan was terrific. More
