Had my 2005 Titan towed for mechanical issues and found out there was recalls, which fixed the issues. Dealt with Jared during the entire process, he took really good care of my pickup, kept me updated. Ja out there was recalls, which fixed the issues. I normally use non dealers shops for all mechanical needs but after my experience with Jared, I will use Nissan of WF for all future needs including PM's & non warranty issues. More

It was great they worked hard to get the deal done and got the payments I wanted then the battery went out after 2 weeks and they replaced it free for me with a brand new one no questions asked ...the onl got the payments I wanted then the battery went out after 2 weeks and they replaced it free for me with a brand new one no questions asked ...the only thing now is the front bumper came loose and it needs to be fixed but not sure if they will fix it More

Very disappointed. One star only because the sales man was so polite and very nice.. And yall were even rude to him for being honest about some of the vehicles that were no good. That some of you were still trying to sell to others. I was told i would get a call to see if there was something else available for me that would fit my down payment and so far NOTHING!! YOU advertised guaranteed approval or you would give $500. Well i didn't get approved or my husband. Where is my $500 or a new car?? It was all a scam just run my credit and lower it even more. Wow!! Very disappointed. I will make sure to warn people before they head that way. More
