The result of my recent service appointment is that my car is still squeaking when braking. The SUPPOSEDLY gave me new brakes. I wanted to wait a couple weeks to write this review as I thought the squeaki car is still squeaking when braking. The SUPPOSEDLY gave me new brakes. I wanted to wait a couple weeks to write this review as I thought the squeaking would subside, it has not. I was asked to update one of my reviews that the problem was fixed (it doesn’t look like it has been fixed) and to maybe change my one star. I was never going to change my one star because of 1. how I was treated by the ghetto thing in sales who invaded my personal space and inserted her nasty self in a convo when no one was speaking to her 2. how Gabriel Salcedo spoke to me the first time we met, he apologized but as a manger you should know to have decorum when speaking to customers who have an issue 3. Kenton, the used car manger said he was too busy to reply to my phone call. I called several times to speak to a manger. No reply, no text msg, no phone call. I had to walk into sales to rectify the problem. because you’re too busy to do your job. 4. The salesperson who was sold me this car was untruthful and not dressed appropriately. 5. Estephanie and her attitude. She has has an attitude when I ask for a manger like the receptionist in sales. Estephanie went on a rant saying “if there’s something wrong with your car your going to have to make any appt anyway” and other things. Okay I’ll set an appt when I speak the manger. Just like the man ducking your calls, I don’t want to speak with you. The first time I was in service she was talking about her personal business loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear, I hear her clearly and had headphones in. 5. When I first got my car I went to service for another noise my car was making. I was told nothing was wrong but I’d need new break very soon bc of corroding. Greg’s explanation was that when cars sit for a while rust and corrosion happens and if they put new brakes on the car it would be more expensive. Then make the car more expensive!!! It’s overpriced anyway. Makes me want the old rusty brakes that WEREN’T SQUEAKING. Do not sell people crappy cars and expect them to think anyone who works here has integrity. Their “value Advantage” brakes and regular brakes are the SAME. Your car will sound like a 20 yr old truck that’s traveled the world and back. Read Teddy Nissan reviews. They changed their name but not how they operate. The reviews will reflect that eventually, then they will change their name again. More
